[Nepal] compiling list of requirements for Browse to accommodate E-Paath

Yes, like tony said we had problem with .mozilla and .macromedia stuffs. So
it would be nice if "Browse" can be started with the flash profile that we
have already customized. Other important things are pointed out by yourself.
