[Localization] Sugar in Albanian

Hi all,

I was recently approached by some folks from western Austria and
Liechtenstein who are interested in doing a small OLPC and/or Sugar project
in Albania.

All other issues aside (and there's many;-) they're obviously also
interested in being able to use the machines in Albanian. Looking at
http://translate.sugarlabs.org/sq/ it says that about 43% which seems to
leave about 9000 words untranslated if I'm reading that page correctly.

Does anyone have an estimate of how long it would take to translate the
missing strings?
