[Localization] Script to generate all *.mo files for one or more languages

Hi,
Apologies for the delayed mail.
I am working at improving the language packs so that we can handle the
installation and uninstallation (and in some cases, upgradation) in a
cleaner way (RPM packages ??). Once we decide on a way to do this, we should
perhaps work on support for this in the sugar-control-panel, etc.
The latest language packs are generated nightly - available from
http://dev.laptop.org/~sayamindu/langpacks/
Thanks,
Sayamindu
