[Localization] localized keyboard

I invited you here not to sort out our mess, but in the hope that you
know of some company in Ireland that helps clueless Americans cope
with European computer product regulations, or can cast about in your
professional network for someone else who does.

Also, I have the idea that you know more than any of us in this
discussion about European keyboard standards, or know somebody else
who does. I am limited to the set of keyboard layouts provided with
Ubuntu Linux, and a few Web sites such as Sun's that provide pictures.

In particular, I would like to see Irish, Scots, and Welsh Gaelic
supported (in part because I am personally part Irish, Scottish, and
Welsh), and various other local languages. I see the CloGaelach and
Ogham keyboards in Ubuntu for Ireland, but nothing for Welsh or Scots.
Do they just use UK English?

Can we get a list of the ones you have done, and which platforms they
are available on? Can we discuss how to get them into Linux
distributions?
