hangs on Starting udev after i pulled olpc-2.6 git 4 days back.

First of all i would like to thank OLPC for sending us B2 boxes.
Everything was fine until i pulled the git 4 days ago. After that my
machine hangs on "Starting Udev"... I waited for about half an hour
but nothing happened.

Then i updated to Q2B76 and build299 but the issue is not resolved. i
am using the default .config found in the tree.

What am i missing?

I have attached the .config.

I haven't tried build303.
