[Testing] 13.2.0 development build 2 released

I see this issue using the Music Keyboard, and with Paint too. I think is
related
with s/r. In Paint at times, but not always, if you draw a line touching
the screen, and later
move the finger over the touchpad, the line continue drawing, like if the
mouse button was pressed.
