[Testing] OLPC-Log Activity-Functionality of Log Collector: send XO information

I can still easily point olpc.scheffers.net to something of your 
convenience. I can probably even dig up the code I used for AOLServer 
(although it is just a POST handler). I don't want to reinstate the 
service on my server, however.
