[Testing] OLPC-Log Activity-Functionality of Log Collector: send XO information

Thanks for the excellent problem report.

The Log activity contains a coded reference [1] to a server run by
Pascal Scheffers [2], but the URL is not currently working.

As a result, you get that error.
