[Testing] confirm the exact time Duration for idle suspend

The time before suspend should be no less than N seconds, and no more
than N + 30 seconds. The extra time is because of two main factors:

1.  some necessary storage work may yet be completed, and;

2. the idle detection is intentionally not perfectly accurate.

The value of N varies by build, because we have been tuning the value to
suit test results. Currently it is 15 seconds in the XO-1.5 os116
build.

So no, we can't confirm an exact time. Thanks for asking!

Suggested things to test with respect to idle suspend:

a. does it happen when enabled?

b. does it not happen when disabled?

c. does it not happen when the user is not idle?

d. do the indicators show properly it has happened?

e. does the screen content remain intact?

f. if activity occurs at the threshold of when it would happen, is it
abandoned?
