[Testing] confirm the exact time Duration for idle suspend

Hi Johan,

AFAIK suspends times can vary based on what the machine is doing at the time
of suspend. Probably what we need to ask for is if there is an upper
threshold for the max time it take to suspend and then we can test against
that.
