[Testing] No journal / tubes meeting today

Starting this week the journal and tubes updates will be combined with the
weekly software bug review meeting so there is no need for noon meeting
today.

Jim will announce the details for the weekly SW meeting (probably Tues 2pm
EST via irc or conf call).
