[Server-devel] Install scripts for Nepal

Greg,
I would be happy to help write the install scripts from the XS-150 base, 
if that is the base we decide on, and
we can resolve how we want the rest of the systems to be setup, 
translating the Uruguay scripts from Spanish
if need be.

It took me the better part of a day to go through all the "yum installs" 
and configuration changes needed
from XS-150 base, but now that I have a better idea of what I am doing, 
can probably write better instructions,
do screen captures, or even take digitial video of the process.

If we are building a new base, I can hold off on that.
