[Rwanda-learningteam] Meeting minutes: La Colombiere

Here are the minutes of the meeting at La Colombiere School on Tuesday, Feb.
23rd.
The meeting with teachers is now scheduled for Friday Feb 26 because this
Saturday is Umuganda.
Yesterday I was able to observe some classes at La Colombiere.
