[OLPC_Boston] CFS all-teams meeting notes from today (3/20)

Rob (CFS English and History), Vicky (CFS Math and Science), Sally (CFS 
Spanish), Peter (CFS Head of School), Mack and Katelyn (CFS deployment 
Loop team), Elsa (Tech team representative from Olin) and Mel (Boston 
area deployments volunteer hack of all trades, apparently) had a 7am 
meeting today with multiple cups of coffee to hash out deployment 
details. It was the first meeting with faculty, admin, loop, and support 
teams all in the same room at once. Yay!

Discussed:

* Server/tech - Elsa and Olin team arranging to come in next week and 
setup/train.
* Schedule - Tentatively Mondays for classroom help, Wednesday loop team 
checkins to see what/whether to do next Monday.
* Deployment day - 4/1/2009. The week before have a session on contracts 
w the students, to bring home and sign with parents.
* Curriculum - Sample history lesson plan discussed, having college 
chapters test and film demos for teachers, wikibrowse citations when 
posting to map?
* Other - q from Sally on Spanish audio journals, discussion on student 
reflections/blogging

Help! These notes are incoherent. I'm coming down with RSI and can't 
type much - can someone else post their notes to make these more 
coherent to people who didn't attend, and I'll put them on the wiki and 
add my extra notes to them?

* Mel getting project management hosting for the CFS pilot, stay tuned
