Well as one of the non-responders, with an XO-1 no less, you've jogged 
me into getting my act together.

I could probably do some documentation testing / proofreading. Would 
they be emailing the chapters to be proofed? Will there be more than one 
person proofing any given part? I.e. if something comes up and I drop 
the ball, I'm hoping that doesn't mean the whole endeavor grinds to a halt!
