[Olpc-philippines] Let us wait for PBSP to decide

Hi Charles, Mel and the rest,

I am not sure if anyone in the Philippines has an XO (I've heard that it's
quite hard to get one). Just a suggestion: Maybe we can ask PBSP to
install an XO emulator instead. It may not be the real thing but I think it
can suffice for the meantime while we're waiting for someone who can lend
them the latest model.

Check out this link:
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Emulating_the_XO/Quick_Start/Windows. I haven't
tried this myself but it seems easy to install as the instructions are given
step by step, which is quite helpful for first time OLPC users. There is
even a "really quick start" where everything is included in a single
download.

Just my two cents.

Regards,
Harv
