[Olpc-philippines] Let us wait for PBSP to decide

Charles (and anyone else who feels they need an actual XO for their work),

Can you please write up a proposal for what you'll be using the XO for,
why you need it, and for how long, and post it to the wiki? (If you have
trouble using the wiki, post it to this mailing list with a request for
someone to help you port it to the wiki.) This makes it *much* easier
for the folks at 1cc to review your proposal and (hopefully) send you a
machine.

The old developers' program application has a good format to follow for
this.

PS: (the following is my own personal opinion:) I may be sounding like a
broken record here, but writing up a good proposal is really the best
way to move towards getting an XO; I know connections are key to getting
things to happen in the Philippines, but solid, publicly available
proposals with proof of resources and action to back them up are key to
getting things to happen in the OLPC world, at least as far as getting
machines goes at this moment. What you do is more important than who you
are or who you know.
