I'm curious about this too, actually - this is an area where my 
"professional" capacity might be of some real use, as opposed to my 
"what I want to do to contribute when I'm not at work" :)

I work at a hard drive manufacturer, and thus might well have some 
capacity as a means of communication for ideas on power-saving 
mechanisms or the like, since I understand that will likely be a problem 
  on the server side as well.
