[OLPC-NYC] Sept 12

No need to reformat. We just need to put the fs.zip and 852.img in the root
directory.

I have 10 that are loaded with the software.  So I think we'll have enough.
This morning I'm charging as many batteries as I can find.  The firmware
wont flash if the software doesn't see a charged battery.
