[Olpc-france] OLPC 100$

Hello you all,
 
I'm working on project for buying OLPC laptop for children in a village of TOGO (west africa). Our association is based in France (ile de france) and we work with ESF (Electriciens sans frontières).
 
I'm Engineer in telecommunications. Can you please, give me information about How to proceed to command or buy this kind of laptops ?
