comme les projets pilotes non-officielle, elle n'a probablement pas

Hi,

The server doesn't need to be Linux but with windows 
it will be harder to set up and it will miss several services
 like the activities server (jabber) required if you have more then 20
XO playing together and the automatic backup of the XO.

I'm assuming here that you are connecting the XO to the school server
through a wireless access point.

The XO can also get information from the school server through a web
interface accessible by the Browse activity. You need to set the host
name of your server to "schoolserver" probably by configuring your dhcp
server or your router. You also need to install a web server like apache
to be able to share some web pages or contents like libraries or new
activities.

This is a little bit technical so if you don't already have a running
server you should think about installing the OLPC official linux school
server.
