Just to clear up the title of this conversation, the XOP charging
racks are contributing to the problem only because they put the XOs in
close proximity with each other - close enough for a magnet in one XO
to affect another.

My first suspicion was that the XOP power bricks were frying the XOs,
but this theory was proven false.
