[OLPC-AU] XO laptops overheating in power racks

The XO-1 and XO-1.5 should be verified as off before being placed in a
charging rack, when using any version of the software that resumes from
suspend on lid open.  With XO-1.5 that means any version, at the moment.

Laptops in close proximity can behave as if their lid has been opened,
because of interaction between the sensor magnets.

With the laptop being charged, while also operating, and insulated from
airflow by the presence of other laptops, there is a risk of damage.
