Hi, Anthony & TK,

  It is a good idea that deliver it to local volunteers.
  Then we( as local volunteers) have these responsibility:
  1. Upgrade/Fix XO
  2. Teach kids to use XO
  3. Keep close with OLPC.
  4. Build the local XO events
