Hi TK, Team,

Sorry for keeping everyone waiting on this deployment. I have not been getting sufficient information from OLPC on the arrival of the 150 XO 1.75. Now I think they will not come before the winter. So my proposal right now to Lite is whether we could start with a very small quantity of XO1.0, like 30 or so, which we have in hand and just rely on Lite and any other local volunteers that he could get. I can arrange to ship this small quantity to him so he could do this small experiment ASAP. If response is good then maybe we could consider further support in future. 

Please kick around with this idea and let me know your thoughts.
