[Nepal] fixed loading problem for .pr files

on line 42: I changed the src tag to use http and the host name.  Before
it just looked for  src="file:///" w/out the hostname 

'src="http://' + window.location.host + "/" + folderPath + projectPath +
'"\n' +

         'src="http://' + window.location.host + "/" + folderPath + >

Now the .pr activity briefly appears before registering a weird
smalltalk error "Message Not Understood"
