[Nepal] Need help translating Nepali teacher training materials

By which I meant, where are the materials? If they are up somewhere, and
there is a wiki link to the translation page, we can collaboratively begin
translating the document. All of us are busy, but prone to like
distractions, so a group project will go well I think.
