[Localization] [ANNOUNCE] 0.94 final development stage

Hi,

we are in the final stage of the 0.94 development process, one week away 
from our 0.94 release [1]. Are we on track? Yes, we keep on moving!

Remember, that we are in hard code freeze: No source code changes can be 
made without approval from the release-team. Important: Translation and 
documentation can continue.

If you have bug fixes keep on sending them, there will be a bug fix 
release the 19th of October, we can land those fixes during that window 
then.

If you do release activities please be aware of [2], a bug in 'setup.py 
dist_xo' which will not build the locale folder for you. You can run 
'setup.py build' before to accomplish for that. A patch to fix this in 
the toolkit has been submitted [3].

Please, keep on testing and send in your bug reports. This is extremely 
important in order to get a stable product.
