[Localization] approval for http://translate.sugarlabs.org/en/

Hello,

I have registered on http://translate.sugarlabs.org/ with the user name of "readmanr", I have downloaded the etoys.po for English (en) from http://translate.sugarlabs.org/en/etoys/edit.html and edited in poedit, however there is no upload option enabled for me.

Could someone please approve me for this language / project so I can upload the completed .po file.
