[Localization] Speed of an average translator ...

Okay,

That's a good point. I did not realized that. So a good selection of my
translator is also important. And also the tech. jargon versus the language.
(I think the latter will be something which is difficult to foresee and to
manage.
I 'll stay with 100 words per hour!
