[Localization] Chinese (Simplified) translation for Etoys

Xin,

I just want to make sure that by Simplified Chinese, you are talking about
"zh_CN Chinese (China)" as opposed to the other two variants of Chinese
listed in Pootle:

There is no current language admin for zh_CN.  It sometimes happens that
language administrators move on and we need to find new volunteers to take
on that important task.  We are always glad to see new volunteers join the
SugarLabs / OLPC / etoys localization community and especially glad to see
users willing to act as language admins on languages that do not have one.
You've been granted language admin on zh_CN and will be able to submit
directly and to approve your previous suggestions using the "Review" tab
(select the "hassuggestions" links.
