[Localization] issue with pootle - AY

this will be an interesting thing - I will have to see to get me signed 
up to the pootle list to begin

AFAIK Aymara does not have plural forms, though the tendency is to use 
the Spanish "s" nowadays.  Otherwise I guess there is a "several" 
expression that is added when really needed
