[Localization] Please update Etoys translations for upcoming release

Weekly is fine normally.

However - if you look at the log above, version 4.0.2229 was released  
on 7/7. Kostas was the only one who updated a translation after that.  
Still, more languages than Greek show 100% coverage, which simply  
can't be. Indeed, they seem to be based on widely differing POT  
versions (see below)
