[Localization] Lack of localizers and admins

This page says: 
	Norwegian Bokmål:
		NO ADMIN

...but I was planning to volunteer as admin of Norwegian Bokmål, and I
am listed on the Wiki page as such. 

However, I do not think I have gotten Admin status for Norwegian Bokmål
language on Pootle, as I do not see the Commit link there when selecting
Editing Functions. (My Pootle username: MenThal)
