[Localization] Urgently needed translation for 'Give one, Get one' campaign

A potential advantage of reviewing this within Google is that a translator
can submit a "better translation" and the work done would then be captured
by the great GoogleTranslation compendium-in-the-sky.

Does anyone know of big pootle compendium files gathered somewhere out
there?  That would be another semi-mechanical means, assuming any of these
terms are in this form in any UI strings, fairly low probability, but as
automated, also low-cost to attempt.  High-ish return if it works.
