[Localization] Urgently needed translation for 'Give one, Get one' campaign

Hi Seth,
Here is the French version, at least a bilingual one for French-France and
French-Canada. Just like for the Spanish version, there are a few ambiguities
in the terms depending on the context you want to use them. Some terms could
be translated as nouns or verbs, and sometime with small differencies in the
meaning. I've tried to find a term which could be used by both sides of
Atlantic ocean. For instance, "Shopping" is translated as "Magasiner" in
Québec, or "Shopping" in France. Or "Email" is "Courriel" in Québec
and "e-mail" (or "mél" as recommended, beark!) in France.
