Unfortunately, although I can read Spanish, I can't write or speak it,
so I'll continue in English.

I am delighted to hear from you. We need to hear from all of the
teachers and students who are in the XO program, or who want to be,
although with that many people, we would need a separate portal, not
just a mailing list. But please encourage other Peruvians and indeed
people anywhere to join in this discussion.

This should not be the case, but I see that it is. Can we put the text
strings within the Pippy examples into Pootle, and rewrite the
examples to pull them from .po files? We should, after all, be
teaching the children how to program correctly, and not to hard code
strings.

I apologize for not discovering this problem myself, since I am
working on localization and Unicode support for all XO software. We
have handled the Etoys examples correctly, to the best of my
knowledge.
