another thing that comes to my mind is to seek some advice from other German
localization groups. Please read below.
For Bulgarian language there's a general discussion list where all FOSS
translators are advised to subscribe (but for example most OLPC ones are not)
and it is the place where one could get such type of help. Also it is the place
for establishing guidelines and rules so that all Bulgarian translations (across
different projects) are more or less consistent.
I would advise to seek help from a bigger German community if possible. They may
have more experience and some working solutions or they could give you some more
guidance.
