[Localization] Completed files

Hi everyone :)

When we complete a translation, do we need to announce it or commit  
it? I saw that requested on another Pootle project, so I'm checking.

I've finished the XO-Core translation, which is a small achievement,  
but every string will be useful somewhere. :)
