[Localization] [Announce] New files added for translation

Hello everyone,

I have added two new activities to XO Core, viz terminal-activity and
log-activity.

Also, the Scratch project is no longer experimental, and you can start
working on it as you would do for a normal project. We would probably
get a mail from the maintainer of Scratch with the details very soon.
