hi!

i have already started to generate a "DACH" German keyboard layout. it's a
first shot an i still need some confirmation on the usability by some
native Swiss typers but for German and Austrian use this layout should
suffice.

i am also very sure the success of XO in the German public school
environment will not be possible without a German keyboard.
