[Localization] Catalan translation

Hi!

I would like to help in my spare time translating the software strings
to catalan (one of my mother languages, spanish is the other one).

I've tried to use potle to translate glucose

but I don't have the "submit" button and the manual says that I should 
ask here for permissions for my account (annonygmouse).

I've also contributed to translate the XDTV software

(in case you need some references).

Also if there are any priorities I tell me wich are and I'll try to 
start with one of them.
