[Localization] Is there anybody in your network who might help translate Free Software to Khmer (Cambodian)?

Dear All,

Can someone give me an idea of what is involved in the translation?   
How complicated is the translation?  With some more specific  
information (scale, technical depth, etc.) I could ask around for a/ 
some volunteers.
