[Localization] How to make multiple writing character sets available?

Surely there is a Unicode text display widget with rubi support,
usable in Python. We should be using something that supports bidi,
too. Also two or sometimes more writing systems in a field, for
languages written in more than one writing system (Serbo-Croatian,
Hindi/Urdu, Hausa, Mongolian, and others).

We also need rubi for Chinese with Zhuyin
