Thanks for offering to help :-)
translate.fedoraproject.org is no longer the official tool to use for
GUI translations. We have moved to a Pootle installation at
https://dev.laptop.org/translate/
Details on how to create a new team, etc are available at
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Pootle/FAQ
