[OLPC library] kidsteam testing and other test labs around the world

Not a bad idea. kidsteam is looking for new [physical centers] in
countries everywhere that can host children and offer to coordinate
reviews / experience-sharing.
CF : I remember a conversation about setting something like this up in
NYC... let me know if you're still interested in that.
