[OLPC library] kidsteam testing and other test labs around the world

There's http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Review_squad, which hasn't really
gotten off the ground (some potential reviewers, but nobody really
picking up and giving them explicit instructions on what to test).
Partnership time?
