[OLPC library] Got answers to most of my MediaWiki issues

I have a huge page http://wiki.laptop.org/go/VistA_Monograph
that resulted from converting a MS Word Document to MediaWiki form.

It's currently 246KB I would like to split it into about 10 pages, but I
really want to keep the
automatically generated TOC with links to each section all together.

Is there a way to create a combined TOC for a set of subpages?.
