  Yes, it does.  And it is more or less from Andreas' 1999-2000
version with some fixes.

and update the image fully.  During the update process, Pango
rendering may be turned on automatically.  To eliminate unncessary
complication, I set all fonts to the pixel fonts and turn off
usePangoRenderer preference false and saved.
