[Etoys] Looking for a development version of OLPC-Etoys080211

Personnaly to work on DrGeo, I use Squeak 3.9 with preloaded developer
friendly extenstion as shout (for automatic completion) and
Refactoring Browser (RB) to refactor code.
Then when needed, I import as .mcz file the code in Etoys image.
